Six Collier Companies properties have been named in the Top 100 Student Housing Properties of 2017 by online reputation based on data gathered by J Turner Research. J Turner Research manages the online reputations of the multifamily industry and prides itself on empowering companies in the industry. To be eligible for this achievement, properties had to register a minimum ORA (Online Reputation Assessment) score of 76 and have at least 15 online reviews. According to J Turner Research, the national housing average ORA score is 59.07, with Collier Companies properties averaging 79.3 in this listing, out of 1,100 properties tested.
The Collier Companies placed in the top 6 management companies as far as number of top 100 winners. Gainesville, Florida properties Arlington Square, Wisteria Downs, Hidden Village, Museum Walk and The Landings at Bivens Arm along with Tallahassee, Florida property, West 10 all ranked in the top 100 in this research.
