Diana Brockington started in the Multi-Family housing industry in 1996 with a small local Property Management Company, Shea Associates and later joined The Collier Companies team in 1998. During her tenure with Collier Companies, Diana has served in multiple capacities ranging from Leasing Specialist, Community Manager and Regional Community Manager.
In Diana's current capacity as Vice President of Operations, she works closely with our COO as she oversees 6 Regional Community Managers and all facets of the operations of The Collier Companies. One of her biggest passions is training and mentoring our site team to take the professional approach to handling our residents. We developed the WeCare program to allow our residents a voice to assist us in keeping a pulse on our customer service and has permitted us to deliver one of best customer service experiences around. In addition, Diana oversees our Regional Service Managers as they lead our Service teams in our initiatives to keep our communities competitive in both interior and exterior appeal.
