Jennifer Clince serves both as President of CCMT and as overall COO of TCC, our master entity. In her capacity as President, she leads the 400 plus on site Team Members of Collier Companies Management Team. In her capacity as COO, she directs asset management, strategic planning, and long term growth strategy. Mrs. Clince joined The Collier Companies in 2005 as a Regional Manager. Prior to being promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2011, she served as our VP of Operations and as Director of Operations.
Mrs. Clince has focused our operations team on revenue driven initiatives and marketing programs to push income in saturated Florida markets. She has pursued a number of growth adapting initiatives for our varying product portfolio of purpose built student designed housing and joint and several leased product. Jennifer recognizes the value in investing in our Team Members and has promoted our internal Collier College training campaign to develop Team Members for internal career path success.
Mrs. Clince first became involved with university housing when she worked as a hall director on campus in graduate school. Subsequently, she joined GMH Communities Trust where she worked in varying advancing roles and locations for nine years.
Mrs. Clince received her MBA and BS in Marketing at the University of Tampa. She is a member of Harvard Business School’s PLD 14 program.
