Kendra was the driving force behind College Park at Midtown’s success.  Even as her team dwindled to two employees, she never quit pushing – rates, customer service, marketing ideas (even when the city told us to stop using bandits, balloons and flags) – she found a way.  Intimately involved with every process going into the resident experience, Kendra worked with Dev, Ops, Marketing, IT and provided the best move-in that we've seen in 18 years with TCC.  She was everywhere on move-in day, from moving boxes for residents, providing assistance to sad parents leaving their children, to physically moving furniture, boxes and providing the “chick-fil-a” of move-in.

While being down an SM and having no additional turn helpers, Wandalis and team LV persevered and rose to the occasion. They were organized, motivated and worked together as a well-oiled team. The team stuck together and worked with its vendors to achieve a very successful move in.

Chelsey “Gabby” Strauss, Assistant Community Manager

Oxford Manor

 

Gabby assumes many roles at Oxford Manor aside from her Rental Manager duties including helping out any sister community when needed. Recently she was asked to assist College Park; she brought a spark of energy and positivity that was lacking in the office, resulting in their highest leasing week in months. Gabby implemented a renewal outreach program, resident activities and resident outreach on campus that was lacking within 24 hours of being on-site. Her positive outlook was the jump-start her sister site needed. Her dedication to learning TCC and community leadership has surely placed her on a fast track for future leadership opportunities.

Property has been having ongoing renovations to the balconies and installed plank in 28 occupied common areas pre-turn. Team has managed any and all customer service concerns on the site level. Team has been working hard to focus on the overall curb appeal of the property, while also having a strong focus of catching up and getting ahead in preleasing.

The team at MW exemplify customer service! In addition to excellent customer service scores, this team knows each resident by name (including their dogs). This team is hitting every leasing goal while increasing rates and renewals are 10% ahead of last year – residents love their team!

Headquarters

Don goes above and beyond by proactively providing assistance to those sites with a high volume of work orders, and remains flexible in the event he is needed at another property. After spending 6 weeks at Ocean Oaks, Don took on the role of covering EOC from his hotel to help a short-handed team and was willing to stay out of town on weekends.
