The team at MW exemplify customer service! In addition to excellent customer service scores, this team knows each resident by name (including their dogs). This team is hitting every leasing goal while increasing rates and renewals are 10% ahead of last year – residents love their team!

 

June "Extra Miler" Award - Don Coughlin

The Collier Companies is proud to announce one of our many exceptional Team Members and Teams once monthly for going the extra mile and living up to the golden rules of customer service!

Don Coughlin, Floating Service Manager

Headquarters

Don goes above and beyond by proactively providing assistance to those sites with a high volume of work orders, and remains flexible in the event he is needed at another property. After spending 6 weeks at Ocean Oaks, Don took on the role of covering EOC from his hotel to help a short-handed team and was willing to stay out of town on weekends.

The Ocean Oaks office is a strong and committed team that always has TCC best practices on the forefront of their minds.  They persevered through recent changes in management/leadership and the final stages of the exterior paint and patio project all while ensuring all resident concerns were addressed in a proper and timely manner.
