GAINESVILLE, Fla. —On January 23, 2017, The Collier Companies (TCC) announced its partnership with Apex One in the acquisition of Tuscany Place Apartments in Ocala, Florida. The Collier Companies became co-owner of Tuscany Place and took over the management from GrayCo Properties.
Tuscany Place is a conventional housing property built in 1997. It is comprised of 288 units in 12 residential buildings. Tuscany Place offers six different floor plans featuring detached garages, high ceilings, and a patio or balcony. Select units have additional features including wood flooring and built-in entertainment centers. Some of Tuscany Place’s community amenities include a resort-style pool, pet walk, 24-hour fitness center, and two car wash areas with vacuums. The Collier Companies’ veteran team member, Tricia Starling, will be the new Community Manager for the property.
