The latest luxury development from multifamily developers, The Collier Companies, has opened its doors to residents in Port Orange, Florida.
The Atlantic, which boasts amenities such as a zero-entry saltwater pool, jogging trails, and even a dog park, officially welcomed its first residents home on June 21, 2021.

The Atlantic is not the only community from The Collier Companies organization that Port Orange residents will be able to call home as they recently announced their second local development, Hawks Mill. The developers will break ground on Hawks Mill, a 360-home community this Fall, with plans to welcome their first residents home by 2023.
The Collier Companies announced its “2X” Goal in 2020 which marks its journey to double in size over the next decade with plans to break ground on a number of new multifamily developments. Hawks Mill will take the portfolio to over 12,000 apartment homes by 2022.
