Published: Monday July 22, 2019

The Nathan S. Collier Master of Science in Real Estate program at the University of Florida was ranked No. 1 program among public universities on the 2019 edition of  Eduniversal’s Best Master’s Ranking.

This is the second top rating that the program has earned, as the Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE),  program was ranked No. 1 in 2018 as well when Real Estate/Wealth Management programs joined the list. In 2018, over 12,000 postgraduate global master’s programs in 30 fields of study were evaluated to present the rankings for the year; 20,000 postgraduate master’s programs in 50 fields of study were evaluated.  Rankings are based on three main criteria: Program reputation, salary upon graduation and student satisfaction.

A world-class program that offers students real-world connections with industry professionals and professors, networking with career mentors and educational opportunities that go beyond expectations.   Endowed by the Collier Companies Founder and Chairman, Nathan S. Collier, the MSRE program at the University of Florida boasts an impressive list of alumni who credit the program for introducing them to industry experience and knowledge.  As well as being the lead author of “Construction Funding: The Process of Real Estate Development, Appraisal, and Finance,” published by John Wiley & Sons, now in its 4th edition and published in Chinese and Korean, Mr. Collier also teaches a real estate studies course for the MSRE program.
