OUR 10 COMMANDMENTS OF MANAGEMENT
  1. Replace yourself. Always be training, educating, and preparing Team Members for advancement.
  2. Communicate clear expectations and agree on concrete action plans.
  3. Don't let problems linger. Go directly to the source as soon as possible.
  4. Inform Team Members about expectations and the consequences of not meeting expectations from the beginning.
  5. If your team does a great job, tell them!
  6. Enable action. Give your team the right tools and the freedom to use them.
  7. Know your people! Everyone is different. What motivates them? What is their learning style?
  8. Be willing to listen to and implement feedback from your team.
  9. Make sure everyone is driving in the same direction, on the right side of the road.
  10. Keep detailed notes. You never know when you will need them.
