The Collier Companies broke ground for Hawks Mill, its newest luxury living apartment community, Thursday, April 28, 2022, at 3835 Clyde Morris Blvd in Port Orange, Florida. The 360 luxury apartment homes will showcase craftsman designs with resort-style features.
