GAINESVILLE– The Nathan S. Collier Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) program through UF’s Warrington College of Business ranks No. 1 among public universities on the list of best master’s degrees worldwide for 3 years running, according to Eduniversal. Among all universities in the United States, the MSRE program ranked No. 3, and among all universities globally, MSRE ranked No. 8.
December 12, 2021, marked 15 years since the Nathan S. Collier MSRE Endowment was established within the University of Florida – Warrington College of Business. Since the start of the program, 449 students completed the degree and continued to careers with valuable networks and knowledge under their belts.
“[Nathan’s] gift obviously has been pivotal in creating the momentum that allowed us to continue to invest in the students in the program, and that investment has helped raise the national visibility of the program,” reports David Ling, Director of the MSRE program.
The MSRE program is a 10-month, full-time, in-residence curriculum centered around the analysis of relevant case studies, commercial real estate finance and investment, and the engagement with an advisory board of about 160 high-level real estate professionals.
Nathan S. Collier, founder of The Collier Companies, is a lecturer, mentor, and adjunct professor for the program, allowing his own business and 50 years of expertise in the industry to demonstrate successful practices for MSRE students.
