GAINESVILLE– From our Home Office, we bid farewell to Lease-Up and Marketing Strategist, Lindy Lee, as she embarks on her next adventure with our newest community just outside of Orlando, BLVD2600.
Always a leader in the office, we know she will bring so much with her to her new location and community. “She is one of the most remarkable and talented leaders and mentors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We miss her already; we grew accustomed to having her by our side each morning,” said Crystal Miner, Culture Performance Leader.
Lindy’s expertise, collaborative personality, passion, and sincere dedication to The Collier Companies has been recognized and appreciated by every Team Member working alongside her. Director of Marketing, Sharifa Lawson, reported, “The experience, applied knowledge, and critical/strategic thinking of Lindy Lee make her a rare gem. It’s a joyous occasion when she and I get to work together. Her extroverted and sensitive engagements with Team Members are a great example of what it looks like to be both empathetic and motivating. I know if anyone can get BLVD2600 leased up, it’s Lindy Lee. What I’ll miss most as she moves away is our after-hours TCC brainstorm sessions and the consistent encouragement she so often bestows.”
As we at Home Office make a (temporary) sayonara to Lindy, we feel proud to know that her impact will be felt for years to come. She has made great contributions to both the culture and operations of The Collier Companies, and we are thankful that Lindy’s willing leadership has led her to take on new challenges at BLVD2600. Lindy will be missed, but we are excited for her future and look forward to seeing what she accomplishes!
