Nathan S. Collier Joins Student Housing Panel in Philadelphia

On Thursday, June 29, Nathan S. Collier joined a panel of four Student Housing CEOs at the Bisnow Big East Coast Student Housing Event in Philadelphia. The panel included Mr. Collier, David Adelman, CEO, Campus Apartments, Bob Clark, CEO, Peak Campus, and Joe Coyle, CEO, University Student Living. Shawn Sweeney from TSB Capital Advisors moderated the panel.

Their panel began at 12:30 p.m. and started by speaking about each of their portfolios and how they are performing compared to last year. Then, they spoke about where they see the industry going. They compared opportunities in new construction and add-ons, top tier schools and more urban schools, and how they each saw their portfolios performing in the next year.

The 5th annual Bisnow Student Housing Summit convened more than 400 executives from the student housing community.
