As Controller, Tim leads the team that is the global guardian of The Collier Companies’ assets and the Owner’s best interest. He is responsible for overseeing and managing the accounting system, financial reporting, state and federal tax compliance and payroll. He has been with The Collier Companies since 2005 and has enjoyed being part of a team that is constantly striving for growth and excellence. Tim thrives on utilizing technology and a broad-minded approach to improve the accuracy and efficiency of daily processes. He successfully helped lead the implementation of a new payroll system and the migration of financial data for over 50 entities into a new property management system, both having a significant impact on The Collier Companies.
Tim is from Orlando, Florida, attended the University of Central Florida (UCF), and now lives in Gainesville with his wife, four adult children and grandson.
