Summerville, SC – The Collier Companies will celebrate a defining milestone in its 50+ year history with the groundbreaking of Nova at One Nexton on Friday, February 13 at 12pm. The 360-luxury apartment home community marks the company’s first development in South Carolina and represents a significant step forward in its continued Southeast expansion and long-term growth strategy.
