Set to open Spring 2023, Sorrento, The Collier Companies’ newest luxury apartment community, broke ground this past Friday, April 15th on site at 6600 Fruitville Road in Sarasota, Florida. The 300-apartment home development will feature a contemporary twist on design, inspired by the classic old-world European architecture found so prominently in Sarasota.
The community will offer a blend of tasteful elements with a touch of modern convenience. Decked with beautiful living landscapes and state-of-the-art amenities, the luxury apartment community is expected to include a zero-entry saltwater pool, electric vehicle charging stations, exclusive pet spa, stylish bocce court, electronic locks, flexible workspace, al fresco hammock lounge, and other luxury features totaling over 10,000 square feet of amenity area.
