Rebecca Herrin is a graduate of the University of Florida and has more than a decade of experience in multifamily real estate. She began her career with The Collier Companies in 2012 as a Leasing Specialist and has since gained experience across community operations, executive leadership, strategic initiatives, and organizational improvement.
Throughout her career, Rebecca has helped lead company-wide initiatives focused on strengthening operations, improving processes, and preparing teams for continued growth. She is passionate about finding practical solutions, leveraging technology and automation, and creating efficiencies that allow teams to spend more time focused on their communities, apartment homes, and customers.
