Ricky joined The Collier Companies back in 2009 and has served various leadership positions within the company including his current role as VP of Revenue. He is known for being a people-centric leader focused on building a strong foundation in both internal and external relationships. He oversees the overall revenue growth strategies within the organization by driving community performance. In TCC’s 2x development initiative, he also scouts and finds feasible development projects then builds the income portions of the proformas to see if project is viable. He aims to optimize growth through his extensive marketing, development & operations background. Ricky also has been focused on bringing innovative approaches, initiatives and systems to fruition in order to maximize company growth.

Overall, Ricky has over 20 years of experience in many facets of real estate ranging from marketing, development, operations in both multifamily as well as student housing. Prior to joining The Collier Companies, he has worked in varying advancing roles throughout his career and in multiple markets throughout the country. His extensive background in operations, development and marketing date back to his roots where he began his career as a leasing consultant. Having experience at every level of an organization is very vital in understanding how to build synergy within an organization.

Ricky attended East Carolina University where he earned a BSBA business degree in Marketing. He bleeds Purple and Gold 😉 In his free time, he is an avid sports junkie, staying physically active and loves to travel all over the world! Work hard, stay humble.
