Since 2007, Stephanie has served as Vice President of Risk Management at The Collier Companies. Stephanie is accountable for achieving strategic objectives, ensuring effective hazard risk management for the organization and supervising, leading and/or directing key risk stakeholders. She directs the purchase of insurance programs, management of claims and loss control activities, management of relationships with third party service providers, including brokers, insurers, and attorneys. Stephanie’s versatility and results-oriented skillset has delivered efficient handling of claims within a cross-functional team environment. Stephanie’s master negotiation skills consistently deliver the most competitive insurance rates while protecting the assets of The Collier Companies. Prior to Stephanie’s current role, Stephanie served as Sr. Accountant for 4 years with TCC where she managed complex financial and accounting projects. Stephanie brings over 30 years of accounting and risk management experience that included being Assistant Controller at the Brice Companies, a privately held real estate and utility firm, and Payroll Supervisor for Alachua County, Gainesville, Florida.
Stephanie is from Chicago and New York, graduated from The University of Florida, Fisher School of Accounting and she, along with her husband and two children, have made their home in Gainesville, Florida.
